14-Day Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging.
Return CostsÂ
You’re responsible for the cost of returning items unless they’re faulty or we’ve made an error.
Refunds
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. This includes the original standard delivery cost.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we’ve sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll provide a full refund, including return postage, or send a replacement.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Items must be unused and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged, or if we've made an error with your personalisation.
